Fredric Cole is a seasoned business development and operations leader with over 30 years of experience in strategic and operational planning, systems improvement, and client service. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Fredric has demonstrated a remarkable ability to establish vision, strategy, KPIs, and training programs to deliver multimillion-dollar programs on time and within budget, while also turning around underperforming programs.

 

Fredric’s professional journey began with a solid academic foundation, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and History from Columbia University. He further honed his expertise with advanced training in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School and certifications as a DLI Certified English Instructor and TEFL Certified Teacher.

Fredric’s career is marked by notable achievements across diverse industries and roles. At Northrop Grumman in Saudi Arabia, as the head of Program Training and Department Director, he led a comprehensive restructuring of an aviation training program, resulting in a 47% improvement in graduation rates and significant cost savings. His strategic initiatives aligned training outcomes with new military hardware and optimized departmental infrastructure without incurring additional costs.

 

At Pearson Education, Fredric spearheaded the digital transformation of first-year science courses for 11,000 students across 10 campuses. Additionally, he founded and managed an innovative English-only vocational program for high school graduates. His roles at Pearson also included serving as a Digital Program Delivery Manager and a Student Services Manager, where he developed and implemented effective student service operations and educational programs.

 

Fredric’s entrepreneurial spirit shone through as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Next Affiliates in Miami, where he built a successful technology solutions firm from the ground up. His leadership extended to critical client projects, where he cultivated strong consultative relationships and delivered tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.

 

His ability to develop high-performing teams and foster transparent, accountable cultures has been instrumental in his success. Fredric is adept at process design and improvement, staff training and development, and performance management. His instructional and curriculum design skills have contributed significantly to the educational programs he has managed.
