At Northrop Grumman in Saudi Arabia, as the head of Program Training and Department Director, he led a comprehensive restructuring of an aviation training program, resulting in a 47% improvement in graduation rates and significant cost savings. His strategic initiatives aligned training outcomes with new military hardware and optimized departmental infrastructure without incurring additional costs.

At Pearson Education, Fredric spearheaded the digital transformation of first-year science courses for 11,000 students across 10 campuses. Additionally, he founded and managed an innovative English-only vocational program for high school graduates. His roles at Pearson also included serving as a Digital Program Delivery Manager and a Student Services Manager, where he developed and implemented effective student service operations and educational programs.
